Concierge Therapy Services

We understand that getting to our clinic for therapy treatment may be a barrier for those who are no longer able to drive independently. Therefore, we are proud to offer physical, occupational and speech therapy services to individuals residing in Assisted Living, Independent living, Memory care and Senior Living communities.

Unfortunately, you cannot be currently receiving Home Health services to be eligible for our concierge therapy program due to insurance restrictions.
